congratulations. you just played for a few minutes/looked at the hotbars while lvl60. that's not what it's like when it's actually leveled.

Are you sure, and where's your actual argument?

I just read the traits/future skills: I get Flourish with a 60sec CD to unlock every "50% proc chance" ability, and that's all there is, as the 50% chance stays the same, even at lvl 80.
