What is this class design of Dancer?

Foe Requiem, Group effect from Songs , Nature's Minne has double recast, Refresh, Palisade.

For the record I don't count the Role skills, as every Ranged Physical had them, they aren't inherent to a specific job by default.

It sounds as though Bard and to a greater extent Machinist were reworked, and some people don't like the new vision.

While this is regrettable, I have heard from many who like the changes as well. It's hard to say which outnumbers the other.
