    It usually takes a while for the process to be fully complete. If you don't get the items within 24hrs then I would make a bug report.

    Ah, perhaps the Mog Station was hit very hard today (new races and all). This is the first time it has taken more than a few minutes after purchase to receive said items, personally. I will just have to be patient. Thank you for your reply!
