Is the Mog Station bugged?

I'm wondering if anyone else has purchased some items off the Mog Station but has yet to receive them? I bought some things and my bank was charged but it has been around 2 hours now and they haven't been delivered. I have used the delivery/reward request and nothing. I've tried logging out and logging back in and still nothing. This is starting to concern me. :/ Anyone else experiencing the same?

It usually takes a while for the process to be fully complete. If you don't get the items within 24hrs then I would make a bug report.

Ah, perhaps the Mog Station was hit very hard today (new races and all). This is the first time it has taken more than a few minutes after purchase to receive said items, personally. I will just have to be patient. Thank you for your reply!

No problem. I've had a few panic attacks myself about waiting for items to be delivered on here.

I'm just going to post here saying I bought a Slepnir mount and it hasn't arrived. It's been about 7 hours since the purchase.

I've had purchases take up to 12ish hours.
And that was just with new content in there, this is a whole expansion pack.

It seems any account wide items are an issue as I have the same problem with a mount I picked up that was account wide and it still has not shown up and it's been 17 hours. Customer service is not much of a help as their hours are Monday to Friday so I'm not even sure if they are working weekends.
