Just saying. Why do I keep seeing this pushed later and later? First it was 7.0 and people seeing if the encounter design got any better. Then it was 7.2. Then it was Shades' Triangle. Now the goalpost has moved to 8.0.

Though to be fair I think a lot of people like Mao have already quit. So that's awesome. But it looks like the remaining people are like just trapped in this eternal red line shifting.

Personally, I take regular breaks and come back around when the urge suddenly hits.

If something is no longer for me or I'm no longer enjoying it, stepping away and moving on is pretty easy.

In general tho, it's not that serious OP, most people are just venting due to grievances they have with the game and whatnot. If someone isn't enjoying or getting anything out of 14 anymore (or any MMO really), they'll go. Typically without making announcements or declarations in threads or whatever. Often, not even saying anything in the FC/Guild. They just move on.

I wouldn't say it's constant exclusive redline shifting... For a lot of people it definitely is...

But some others (like myself), really have more extrinsic factors that keep people in the game regardless of the state... Like, I have friends that are doing Eureka, and even to this day I can still adore the content and some pretty good fun when hanging out on Discord.

But yes, intrinsic reasoning is just... Not there, 7.3 isn't going to fix anything... 8.0 isn't going to fix anything... 9.0 isn't going to fix anything. For me it's just going to be a light switch.. Once those extrinsic reasons have ran out (e.g., friends have stopped playing/enjoying) then I'll just unsubscribe, and let houses go naturally.

7.3 is gone add very little in terms of content. I would delay ya self to at least 7.4 and hope we get more including housing. 7.3 you will finish in 3h or less there very little being added
