This may not bother others as much, but I wish Flourish was available at an earlier level. Flourish serves as Dancer's burst phase while functioning as the only means to force procs. Prior to learning Flourish, you are reliant on random procs which can feel unsatisfying during unlucky streaks. I suggest swapping the level requirements for Flourish and Fan Dance III which would make Flourish available for level 70 content. Levels 66 and 72 would still be the time that new DPS-oriented actions are learned, but with the more impactful of the two acquired earlier. And in this order, the acquisition of Fan Dance III would also serve as an upgrade to Flourish with Flourishing Fan Dance made available.
