    I believe that it is any weaponskill or spell—as per the tooltip. The change of Esprit gain is RNG; and, according to the Japanese tooltip, can vary depending on the job you have as your dance partner. I don’t think the DNC theorycrafters have determined what the actual rate is yet.

    Hmmm Thank you. It does seem like the dance partner has a way better chance at gaining Espirit for us than we do ourselves.
