Other question as I've played more. This next one is not tested, but it feels like all the proc chances are at least double on AOE skills. I went through 9 rotations on single target and got 1 total proc with 0 feathers. Did the same on AOE and I had full 4 feathers and proced fan dance 3 go off 3 times.

Anyone else see a large difference in proc rate for single vs aoe skills?
I haven't really noticed a difference, but that's one thing about RNG. You'd need a lot more than 9 rotations to really figure that one out, but it should average out the same on both.
