DNC Suggestions

Well, glad to see I wasnt crazy with my opinions. Like one poster said, DNC is the only class where I definately feel that 2.5 seconds, and its specifically on standard step.

Other question as I've played more. This next one is not tested, but it feels like all the proc chances are at least double on AOE skills. I went through 9 rotations on single target and got 1 total proc with 0 feathers. Did the same on AOE and I had full 4 feathers and proced fan dance 3 go off 3 times.

Anyone else see a large difference in proc rate for single vs aoe skills?

I haven't really noticed a difference, but that's one thing about RNG. You'd need a lot more than 9 rotations to really figure that one out, but it should average out the same on both.
