Definitely agree with have Step as a oGCD since it feels kinda barebones when you get no procs and have no oGCD to weave. This is the only class in the game where I feel the full unbearable weight of the 2.5 GCD in the later levels since there are hardly anything else to weave in between attacks unless you get lucky with fan procs.

Also, the class should include some sort of haste buff as well to make the GCD more bearable. Other than that, it has potential but I believe it will get old fast since there isn't much room to grow and learn this class since the skill depth to play it well is so shallow
