I'm having the same issue. The only thing available of my character is their name under the world selection menu.

They are experiencing server stress. They've stated it's a DDOS attack. That's why your information is having trouble loading.

As others have stated, the North American Data Center was affected by a DDOS attack. This may be contributing to the issues you are having.

Have there been any changes to the error since you posted this?
