Why is WHM so much better than the other two?

Holy: Cast time, 140p, 4s stun
Art of War: Instant, 150p.
Gravity: Cast time, 130p.

Is it assumed Astros have a Light Party where ever they go? Because a 6% card buff on self certainly doesn't make up those potency discrepancies.
And if SCH is going to be lower than WHM; is the assumption that if you want offense soloing the SCH should just go SMN?

All the 'rotations' are BS, they are all boring.
But if you're going to be subjected to it, might as well use the strongest.
Considering WHM has 0 group utility, it's the BLM/SAM of Healer jobs and has the highest DPS potency of Healers to make up for its lack of utility; It's damage is its utility in other words. The inverse to this is that AST had the most utility and thus the weakest DPS of the Healers. SCH is the middle child in the equation, having more Utility than WHM but less than AST but has more damage than AST and less than WHM.
