piety is literally accuracy 2 i need to get enough to be able to always cast its annoying and awful

Well, not quite.
Sure you might need to meld some now, but when 5.2 rolls out you wont need to meld more like you did with acc. but rather you would meld less.
It will ramp up like crit does in the expansion, its an odd choice really. Healers will feel MP starved early on, but with better gear it will get easier and easier.
