Dearest Yoshi & SE,

I have all 8 World Characters leveled to 60 or higher and wanted to use a new race from the FFXIV: Shadow Bringers Expansion I purchased but we didn't get at least one Fantasia with FFXIV: Shadow Bringers or the FFXIV: ShB Collectors Edition.

I feel gypped, defeated and angry. But I thank you for this wonderful game.
