14% ? Am I missing something, tool tip says 6% with 3 seals, and even with throwing individual cards on everyone as well, that's only 12%

Divination stacks with cards, so if you stack it with a Lord / Lady of Crowns (8% on the proper role) you can get a total of 14% (8% + 6%).
