Replace Bard's Quick Nock with Wide Volley

Lets face it friends, no one likes Quick Nock. We don't like that its a cone, we don't like the animation, and some people don't even like the sound. Wide Volley was one of the best Bard skills in the game, especially animation wise... I mean.. c'mon



Having a ranged bow user have to run up to a pack of mobs in annoying and unfun. But bringing back that beautiful ranged aoe rain of magic needles would be an amazing quality of life change for Bard. And maybe a lil potency increase too?

Would love to hear opinions on this, or even support for our Bard Brothers out there force to run into melee

Quick Nock is fine. I don't actively like one more than the other, and I didn't miss it when we lost it.

Was one I missed when they got rid of it, told my friend that the kept the wrong skill in my book. Nothing really wrong with Quick so to speak, Wide Volley just does it all better.

totally. i approve of replacing old less useful abilities with upgrades. Keeps button bloat down.

I preferred Quick Nock, but only after it got its trait that expanded its range (Wide Volley came later than that trait anyway, though). Always felt like I was more easily able to hit more targets with it compared to "Wide" Volley, which just made the latter feel like it was incorrectly named.
