To be fair, it says in the patch notes that new items have been added but the actual items aren't listed, so they could be added. Unlikely, but there's no confirmation so far that says they aren't.

I do feel we are lacking in the weapons department for these two jobs, i hope we get more added soon ^^

Sooo we're on the cusp of 5.1 and still no news of Primal Weapons? Come on Sqex we need the Glams!!

I'm guessing they're not going to fill in these weapons for old 'slots' and just focus on new weapons going forward. They seemed to have hit the base ones needed. (Shire, Scaevan, deep dungeon, pvp, leveling crafted/dungeon weapons etc) but not had time to fill in everywhere else where they weren't really 'necessary' to have gameplay wise.

Yep no raid weapons, pretty disappointing since I was looking forward to the neat alex ones as the sam and rdm ones were pretty cool.

You can probably expect Alexander weapons after 5.11 when they introduce Alexander Ultimate. They likely have made models for the ultimate rewards, and so the non-glowing versions could easily be added to the Alexander raids.

I seem to recall this happened with Red Mage and Samurai after Bahamut Ultimate raids were added.

As for the others, I think we'll see them as craftable glowing weapons are added for crafters, though when it comes to already existing glowing weapons... I'm not sure when we'll see them, but I hope we at least get that.

Just going to bump this. It's been a while and still no primal weapons. Anyone know if we're ever getting them? GNB and DNC weapon choices are very boring
