UI settings applying between computers

Steps:
1. Alter any setting, whether HUD layout, keybinds, or character/system configuration on one computer
2. Log on to the same client type on another computer, with different character settings established
3. All changed settings will have transferred over, causing irregularities due to different screen sizes, etc
4. If resolution is set to a setting that one computer cannot run (e.g. desktop resolution too big for laptop), it will default to 1024 x 768.
