Character data does not load up

Trying to get into the game on my PS4 pro. Can log into the game fine but my character data is not loading in so I cannot play with my main characters. I play on the Ragnarock server.

What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Do you only experience this issue on these two characters? How long have you been experiencing this?

Hello. I was finally able to log in after about 30 minutes after writing that post. I think it was just massive congestion on the server. Eventually I was able to log in with my main character, even though he still would not load on then character screen. But during the afternoon it started working fine and i had no log in issues since.

The issue could be caused by many people signed onto the servers and trying to connect the game. As your concern has been resolved, I will be moving this thread to 'Closed Concerns'. If you have anymore concerns, please post here in the Technical Support Forums.
