If you're still encountering DirectX 11-related errors or issues after the recent update, we'd first suggest that you try reinstalling the game client. Also, check to see you are using the latest graphics card driver for your GPU and your Windows is up to date as well.
If you are still experiencing issues after these measures, please file a bug report and be sure to share with us as much details as possible about your setup, hardware, etc. so that we can pass them along to the dev. team to investigate.
When filing a bug report:
- Please be sure to use the bug report template that can be found here.
- Please also include your system information which could be accessed from the FINAL FNATASY XIV Launcher client > CONFIG > System Information > Copy to Clipboard.
