no issues prior to early release, now dx11 errors

Been having this happen since well before ShB launched, like a month or so.
There were several other people with fairly recent GPUs and CPUs having the issue then as well. Was hoping ShB would fix it, but it's still as random and apparent as ever.

It managed to only happen ONCE to me yesterday, but today it's been consistently crashing on me again every couple of loading screens or whenever some new piece of equipment seems to load in on-screen.

Now, I don't mean to sound entitled or anything.. But honestly please look into this properly. It's absolutely horrible dealing with the crashes, and running Dx9 stuters horribly on an RTX2070 for some godforsaken reason. (Not to mention the inventory display limitations etc.)

(Also, why can't we grab a crashdump to submit anywhere?)
