no issues prior to early release, now dx11 errors

Same problem previously. Changed to DirectX 9, I can play.


Now, even after downloading and updating the DirectX to the newest version (checked twice, the runtime says I do have the newest version and do not need to update), the game says as the above. My monitor's locked at 120Hz, so I'm just playing on DX9 :C Hoping SE changes this
