Any GM able to clarify?

Am currently reinstalling the game I wish I would had know of this issue before, and also, it would had been nice if they actually had beta tested this simple thing especially since it would be an obvious thing to check on, likewise would also be nice if the software would run for its own or just cap whatever FPS to 90 ingame if that is the issue
