    I've been having these dx11 crashes for the last 2 days. Are you guys/gals having the 1100002 direct x fatal error? Does it happen randomly while playing, or is it consistent?

    I'm not interested in re-installing. My net is shit and it takes 7 days at least to install the entire game without ever turning off my PC or interfering with the downloading process by doing other internet things. If that timeframe didn't eat into my subscription, maybe I'd consider reinstalling, but that's 1/4th of my sub, so... If it's not too much to ask, it'd be amazing if the client could at some point be repaired without having to reinstall. For now, the Directx 9 works for me, even though the game supposedly doesn't support it. I know that fix doesn't help everyone, though.

    I won't be coming back to FFXIV's forums. The forum vibe is way too venomous and brings out the worst in me. I don't like who I am on the forums, so it's best to distance myself.
