I'm not destroying my new laptop with workarounds that are iffy or present some risk. I can play in dx9 it's not ideal, but it'll do for now, if at any time I can't play in that version then I will consider other methods.Thank you ^-^ Guys i think SE dont react to this we need to find our own solution for this. So just test it if you cant play dont wait for them you will just earn unhappiness. So i post a Comment in insta that they should look it up and the only respons what i get from someone Else that his whole fc have no Probs and we should look up at our drivers. So Yeah my respons was that he should look into the english Support Forum.
Even DX9 is unstable. It crashed in half an hour for me.
I'm really sorry to hear that :/ I am hoping this problem is rectified by Square, because I don't think manually adjusting the refresh rate on my monitor is wise, I was getting some unexpected behaviour and it kind of made the game look like crap anyway.
Imagine releasing a benchmark that's an indicator of how your PC will run on launch and then changing a setting with zero notice that cripples the entire platform.
Well done SE.

Yeah. DX9 crashes on me as soon as I load a cutscene
ah typical japanese company, turning a blind eye to its users. Looks like SE is back to its old ways again.
Sorry, but non-Japanese companies also have piss-poor awareness of problems plaguing their players, and/or know and just don't care. Let's not use this situation as an excuse to be racist or something.

It's a little early for hyperbole, isn't it? It's been less than two days and we're still in the early access period. Give them a chance before lighting the torches, eh?
They acknowledged all the other issues, they are ignoring this one.
If anything we should light torches faster.
