Unable to Complete version check fix.

I kept getting the Unable to Complete version check error [30410][30415] etc etc and then it would show the updater file path. after messing around with my Windows 10 settings I found and shut off "Controlled Folder Access" and now my client is updating NP.

Use controlled folder access
Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings.
Under Controlled folder access, select Manage Controlled folder access.
Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off.

might have to go into the :Settings using the gear icon in lower left of screen on the Controlled folder window. Hope this helps others.
