    Can't race change

    Good evening I used my fantasia and took off all of my and went into an inn for safe measure and I still don't get the option to race change in the character select screen only to save data. Is this happening to anyone else? I'm also seeing an issue where it says unable to obtain character data I'm not sure if this is contributing to my situation with the race change.

    If it can't get your character data, that's exactly why.
    The servers did take a big hit just a little bit ago. Perhaps waiting longer? Can you even log in? If so, do it, log out, and try again!

    Yes I had to lower my settings to dx9 and I was trying to get my game to work properly eventually my characters actually appeared and I could use my fantasia it only happened once, though after that it stopped again.
