    Launcher continually crashing during preload

    The launcher is now continually erroring out with "Unable to download patch files. [30413][25008][10009]", even after switching internet connections and changing DNS settings.

    Just keep restarting whenever that happens. I got it a couple times but eventually finished. I assume it's just high traffic.

    This happened to me three times. Give it a ten or so minute pause before trying again. Fortunately, it seems to save what information is downloaded from the patch before crashing. So you don't restart.

    Yeah I guess "restart" wasn't the right word. Just re-open the launcher and it will resume where it left off.

    The updater doesn't. Unfortunately I can't even update the launcher because it keeps crashing constantly and doesn't remember anything.

    In my case the launcher starts the download of the file 2019.05.29.0000.0000 gets to about 1500 MB, crashes and when I restart it starts at 0 again. It does not pick up where it was before the crash.

    Same here. It gets to 1176 and then decides not to download anything else and crash.
