32bit Mac OS Support ends with Shadowbringers.
I think Windows 32bit Support ended with Stormblood? Don't quote me on that for sure. If it hasn't already ended then it will indeed be ending with Shadowbringers.
Stormblood still had 32-bit OS support for Windows, but it is being dropped for Shadowbringers.

Yes and no. They're ending support for the 32 bit client, but oddly enough are going to keep releasing compiled builds which you can still use. However, they will be largely untested, so if anything doesn't work, they'll shrug their shoulders and say "too bad."
32 bit Windows support ended some time ago. Mac 32 bit ends tomorrow.

The official store page is listing it under "system requirements" aswell - I dont know when they've announced it, but if you were paying attention you had enough time to prepare for this change if you needed to...
Thank God they are throwing away 32 bit, they could give us more and rebuild the game bigger.
I understand scrapping 32 bit, but I really wish we could keep DirectX 9 as a supported option. DirectX 9 works on 64 bit just fine.
DirectX 11 has a much higher performance rate when it works correctly, but it appears they still haven't fixed all the loading screen freezes that occur with some PCs and DirectX 11. Either ensure DirectX 11 support doesn't have these bugs, or allow DirectX 9 in 64 bit. Doing neither is criminal.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVb5YUkG8-4But they aren't exactly doing that, you can still run the game in 32bit mode or with DX9. Rebuild the game bigger? they already rebuilt the game once and it didn't get bigger anything, it got less, less animation, less texture quality, less OPEN WORLD(None), less character quality, less grass, Etc.
So how is it going to magically get bigger? The original game looked almost photo realistic, with real motion, not this 8bit trash we currently have. They went backwards in terms of everything.
Are you sure you're remembering 1.0? And sorry for this being my first post in this account, but I played 1.0, it was horrible... The graphics were also way worse then current implementations.
But I agree that 32 bit needs to go, DX9 needs to go as well. The API is heavily outdated and restrictive.
