Feelings on RDM

So I play RDM but I am not a raider or anything so make of that what you will. When I saw reprise on the new job guide I kind of thought, well when should I even use this? It wasn't an addition to any kind of combo and it eats up our mana resource which would almost always be better spend actually running our melee combo, so I just kind of think it's going to sit on the hot bar unless maybe I mess up the mana before manafication and need to burn some. It just seems like a strange thing to waste a new skill spot on when they could have put anything in there.

Similar feeling in its current state, compared to its media tour introduction. I have the same rage for Engagement being a 72 skill instead of a level 40 one, with a new 72 skill to replace it.
