Edit: What's also pissing me off is the error 6001 and getting kicked out of the game completely. Is this how Early Access will be?
I've been having the same problem aswell, not as bad as you, but I've been having a lot of random disconnects, specially when I enter an instance. In my case all are 9002 errors.
