Multi-Discipline Ending Quest - Can You Not?

I'm more salty about them requiring you to now have to have 3 DoH and 2 DoL leveled in order to see the full story for custom deliveries. Not only is that mind numbingly boring, its also expensive.

It really doesn't have to be expensive. GC turn ins give loads of exp, and if you're self sufficient, you'll spend no gil or even gain it leveling DoH/DoL. But, if you don't find the gameplay of them fun then yeah, dumping gil into it helps.

I don't see why I have to level ALL jobs. I don't like tanking. I don't like healing. I've always played ranged DPS. Now I am going to have to level up jobs that make me uncomfortable and I will most likely fail at. Sounds like a great time. I can't wait to hear all of the players from Gilgamesh screaming at me for sucking at healing or tanking. Good times. (And I mention Gilgamesh because those players seem to have real issues with everyone and always make nasty comments)

I mean, you've gotten this far without seeing any of the DRK, WAR, PLD, SCH, WHM, or AST storylines, yeah?

You've already missed out on some of the best stories in FFXIV, and we don't even know if this one will be especially good. What changed now? Why do you have to watch *this* specific story in-game rather than on youtube?

They should change the reqirement for the quest to DoW, DoM, DoH and DoL

I have no real information, I haven't gone digging anywhere.

But I kind of doubt it's something thats absolutely necessary to complete... Probably just a sidequest that will give some fancy reward for leveling a class on all 4 roles to 80.

It's not even all classes, just one class of each role. The roles being tank, phyiscal dps, caster dps and healer... 4 classes in total.
