tae97, we apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred when trying to access Final Fantasy XIV. We are able to provide troubleshooting for connection problems but it is limited to making sure your computer's connection is stable. Just as worldofneil stated, you may have to contact your ISP if the troubleshooting suggestions do not work. They may be able to provide more of an insight as to any further suggestions to resolve any concerns you are experiencing. The error messages you are seeing are generic disconnection messages. The more players we have, the more you may be disconnected.
