You're not wrong.
I know they weren't created for leveling, but that ceases to be a good reason when they're not level capped dungeons anymore.

They don't even give as much exp as the dungeons one level below them!

Also I can agree with the idea of just putting them into the leveling roulette.
So many good picks, so many hidden behind the snowcloak roulette.
I haven't seen baelsar's wall once since SB started.

They could rename the roulette to Duty Roulette: High Level. Then you would have...

Duty Roulette: Leveling
Duty Roulette: High Level
Duty Roulette: Expert

This order also goes in order of difficulty to kinda like how the ARR Primals went from Normal > Hard > Expert.

If only the roulette gave decent XP.
Or gave the same 50 capped tomestones that running an 'expert' dungeon does outside of the roulette.
Or there was still a real use for thousands of uncapped tomestones (thanks, Eureka, you've ruined everything again)

Why are they combining them anyway? Or if they wanted to combine, make 50 its own and combine 60 and 70. Cause 50/60 roulette is already No Really You're Getting a 50 Dungeon roulette.
