Looking for a FC to raid with in ShB (PLD/GNB)

I quit WoW earlier this week, so now I'm looking for a place to raid in FF14

I'm mostly playing tanks - preferably PLD or GNB - though healing on WHM is possible, too
There are no restrictions on raid days, so long as during weekdays the raid doesn't start before 17:00 server time (19:00 CET).

I'm hoping to find a stable semi-casual FC and static that can clear content in a reasonable time

I have no experience raiding in FF14, aside from pugging a couple of Susano and Lakshmi ex kills in the first weeks of SB. However, in WoW I've raided heroic and mythic since the end of Warlords of Draenor (2 expansions total) on all 3 roles, though mostly on tank
