    He was using thaumaturgy in the launch trailer. I'd guess that he's a "flexible" Trust that can fill any role, since it doesn't seem like we have Thancred at that point.

    He probably fills in any role. His background is yellow. Also there's no NPC with a blue (tank) background in that image.
