    So, I can find out what my main stat is by seeing which materia disappears? Also, will any of it that I have installed or in inventory disappear so I have to replace it all? (I guess I'll find out in about 3 hours.)

    Main Stat are Strength, Vitality, Dexterity, Mind and Intelligence. I think they have it where you can't meld these materia anymore if you do have them, but they won't do anything. You'll still be able to use gobbie to merge them together, but they've been removed from the pool of available materia from that. If you were around when they got rid of Elemental Materia then it should work the same as then.
