That would work but there are probably going to be a lot of new players with the amount of publicity and hype this expansion has been getting. I'm pretty sure SE isn't going to want to alienate or anger thousands of new subscribers right out of the gate.
Apparently having uncapped framerate has to do with how bots zip around maps? I'm not 100% sure, that's just what I heard.
But honestly, with a 120hz monitor, I hardly see any visual difference after the fps goes above 60. I'm not upset at all if it gets capped at 90.

0,1% wipes incoming soon. Look forward to it!

I imagine the "priority to subscriptions" might push some people to sign up for the full game sooner than they were otherwise planning to.
It does seem fair to prioritise paying customers though, and the free trial is pretty generous overall.
It would also further encourage new players to pick low-population worlds.
*Potential* subscribers. Once they do subscribe, they're not second-priority any more.
Edit: sorry, misread your post. Thought you were talking about free trial people.

I wouldn't say people on their first free month are "potential subscribers".
They've already bought the game, and are simply getting their money's worth before they actually start their actual subscription.

The French are leaking things again:
Two other Trust NPCs and the name of the 71 dungeon's name. They already edited the image on the actual site.
