PLD's AoE was a god damn joke. Literally cleared ultimate with PLD, because it's kit is so amazing, OUTSIDE of AoEing. Dungeons were SUCH garbage because of it's terrible, piss poor aoe and aggro gen. Bosses facilitated the mutilation of the PLD opener, which was a joke for pulling. Now, my baby actually can use a proper opener, not be a joke in the aggro department, and have a proper ST and AoE rotation. My baby has grown up .

DRK is kind of in the same boat: Unleash until Stalwart at 72!!!! Abyssal is not spammable, but you do get Flood of Darkness. WAR again, has the most complete kit at 50. Overpower into Mythril Tempest, into Steel Cyclone or Decimate.
