What do you look for in an FC?

Hello !
Most of all, I'm looking for a small/med and very lively company, with regular and dedicated players who care about each others. An active chat is a must( I'm not found of voice chat cliques who tend to do their things and ignore the rest of the FC).

Doing roulettes/ex primals/clear/maps is also great, but not a priority.

There is a Faerie FC that advertises on this forum that uses only text chat for similar reasons
