What do you look for in an FC?

There's always drama but there's a way to handle it. The main thing for me really is having cheerful members, with talkative people and a good laugh once in a while

As long as there is a group of people working or playing together there will drama, but what kind? How often/intense? And how is it handled? Makes a big difference.

* The members have purchased and decorated rooms in the house.
* FC members hang out at the house as a gathering point.
* We help each other. It's nice to be able to gather 8 people for maps, raid, etc.
* people are on-line when i am. You can get "good" advice.
