    download speed on extremely low launcher

    http://prntscr.com/o6oikvWhen I was still using the trial, and bought the game, and was downloading the update in the launcher, I had the same problem as now, adding to the heavingsowrd expansion. My download speed is ridiculously low 0.19 MB / 0.40 MB max, being my internet is 120 MB download and 10 MB upload, and I already did the speed tests, the internet is 100% ok

    In order get a better sense of the problem could you please provide the following information?

    -Wired or WIFI connection
    -Other programs being used when running FFXIV
    -When disconnect occurs/How often
    -Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
