    Hey, yeah this can be frustrating. I went through something like this before. Have you tried contacting their customer support? That's how I got it sorted out before. I tried contacting them directly by calling, but it didn't help much but then I tried via live chat and they solved it for me right away.

    A while back I was making a lot of purchases in quick succession and they blocked my purchases for a while, but I contacted customer support and they got it resolved fairly quickly and since then I've just made sure to pace myself if I end up making more than one purchase in a day.

    Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. However, issues with making purchases on the Mog Station should be directed to the Support Center, since they can verify ownership of the account in question and look into what may be causing the issue. As we have noted in the news, there is a delay to responding to tickets due to the large volume of contacts; however, we are working to respond to all tickets as quickly as possible.

    Since the thread itself has become argumentative, I have moderated a number of posts and will be closing the thread.
