Did your bank flag your card or just the Mog Station? Sometimes either will do that if they see excessive amounts of items being put on a card.

Your money is Square-Enix's business, because if something goes wrong--they're often to blame.

I assure you--if Square-Enix didn't get the fallout of people's irresponsible or illegal money management--they wouldn't care. But since they're cleaning up the mess a lot of the times--they're entitled to being proactive about it. It's a good example of when the public can't be responsbile for their behaviors that an authority figure has to step in and be more controlling. Welcome to the world!

Have you tried contacting their customer support? They're not mindreaders after all and cant tell wether its a 30 year old using their own credit card or a 13 year old who nicked it from daddys desk.

I have been waiting on them to respond for since saturday. I didn't bother putting in a ticket friday cause i figured it was something on the webstie. Once saturday rolled around i put in the ticket. I didn't expect them to reply sunday but Monday or Today I did expect an email. I did get an email today but, it wasn't to tell me anything. It was to confirm that they got the ticket and will contact me when it has been reviewed.
