Character stuck in "Now Loading" Screen

Yesterday evening I a had the game crash while I was porting from Kugane to Idyllshire.
The game totally crashed to desktop and I have been unable to login with this character ever since.
Tried a lot of things with no success whatsoever.
- open the game in dx9
- delete the game folder from My Documents
- new install of the game
Nothing works! It shows the "Now Loading" screen for ages and nothing happens.
Have waited for more than 20 minutes and no luck.
I opened a ticket ingame from another server and character, since I own the entry sub, but haven't had any help yet. My character is still stuck in loading and can't get into the game.
This is really frustrating, especially when I had just re-activated my subscription after a one year off.

Can I get help please??

UPDATE:
Issue resolved itself. Was able to log in this evening.
