    Cannot connect to alt on different data center

    I took advantage of the free world transfer service to put one of my alts from aether data server on to the crystal data server. Since then I have not been able to access the Crystal server at all to access my alt. When I log in and change servers, the game loads for a while then an error occurs and I am sent back to the login screen.
    I play on ps4 and have been since stormblood.
    Any help would be great.

    Have you tried rebooting your playstaion and/or router?

    Can you elaborate on the error you receive? After you select Data Center, what happens next?

    Do you have any issues logging into your main character by just pressing 'Start'?
