    Preferred World No More

    As Siren is MY world I'm quite happy, but I have a friend who plays on Jenova and at this time is unable to transfer. She also pays via Steam Wallet and mog station will not accept transfers paid that way, she then tried linking her bank card with paypal long enough to do the transfer and that didn't even work. She called paypal and they said they couldn't help her to try again later, after several tries she gave up. And of course now Siren is NOT preferred anymore anyway. Will Siren ever again be able to accept transfers or new character creation ?

    https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/worldstatus/ shows that Siren is currently listed as a congested world.

    Congested worlds have character creation disabled, and can't be selected as a destination for a character transfer.
