Thanks again. I especially appreciate when a GM understands that it is helpful and efficient to acknowledge whether reported behavior is or is not acceptable. Far too many GMs just listen to any complaint whatsoever and always respond that they'll investigate and take whatever action is appropriate. This makes sense when it's borderline or would require some sort of team decision. But most of these are clearly either okay - in which case the GM should tell the player to stop wasting everyone's time (nicely, of course) - or not okay - in which case it is very reassuring for the GM to tell the player that what they said happened is, indeed, not cool. Not just that they sympathize with their feelings or whatever but that it's not tolerated.

So here's hoping more GMs can follow Ravivistant's example. =)
