Hello! At first, I must to sorry for my English as it is not my native language, but I hope this suggestion will be clear enough to understand.

I bet a lot of ffxiv players heard, saw or even use that “Macro UI” hotbar, where you can make dynamic hotbars binding hidden hotbars from different jobs in macro. Example of how it works you can see here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAZYuw7J46I . In game where we have tons of clickable stuff like emotes, menus, items, jobs, macros e.t.c this feature is must have if you do not want to mess with many different hotbars around your screen.

Current version of dynamic hotbar requires doing a lot of work before you can use it, and editing like adding or removing some buttons in your setup also requires pretty much time and not so comfortable.

So my suggestion is about to add one extra hotbar called “Dynamic hotbar” of course, that will look and work like all other hotbars, but it must be configured in settings. How it works in my example:
Dynamic hotbar can be changed in hud layout like all other basic hotbars (position, size, 1x12 3x4 type e.t.c)
Dynamic hotbar is always shared between all jobs.
Dynamic hotbar settings window can look like so:

And how it works:
You can set up every line drag&dropping everything you need in dynamic menu with your usual stuff (your jobs, emotes, minions, mounts, macros and more). That three dots at left side is for opening window where you can edit preset name and it’s icon). That icon from left side you can drag and drop anywhere you want on your usual hotbars. Clicking on that icon will change Dynamic hotbar with icons from your preset.

Well, that's all I guess. Thank you for attention.
