This is how I do it as well, I also add a /wait 1 in the middle of all my full gear macros (If there is room) to make sure it doesn't skip a line.Bard can equip Mogfists? o.O
On a side note, since macros tend to skip a piece of armor every so often I prefer to keep class and job macros seperate, with job macros only for armor. That way I just hit my class macro twice to equip the weapon only, type /job, then hit job macro. If the macro misses a piece of gear I just hit it again instead going through the equipment menu.
